The Conference Venue, Kigali Convention Centre (KCC)

The UFI MEA Conference 2024 will take place at the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC).

The Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) and the Radisson Blu Hotel Kigali are located 8km from the Kigali International Airport (KGL).
The taxi ride is about 15 minutes.

Collect your badge:
 Monday 15 April at KCC in Foyer 1A at 19:15 
 Tuesday 16 April at KCC in Concourse front MH3-MH4 from 8:30 am

Welcome Reception

Date and time: 19:00-21:30 on Monday 15 April 
Location: KCC – Foyer 1A – Ground Floor
Dress Code: Business Casual 

Networking Dinner

Date and time: 19:00 to 22:30 on Tuesday 16 April 
Location: Atelier du Vin
Buses will leave at 19:00 from Radisson Blu/KCC. 
Shuttles will go back to Radisson Blu Hotel from 22:10.
Dress Code: Business Casual

Post Conference Tour and Lunch

Date and time: 9:00 to 14:00 on Wednesday 17 April. 
Buses will leave and go back to Radisson Blu Hotel. 
Dress Code: Casual

The month of April is the rainy season in Rwanda. The average temperature in Kigali in April, for a typical day, ranges from a high of 76°F (25°C) to a low of 59°F (15°C). Some would describe it as pleasantly warm, humid but cool.
