Attendance Criteria

Who can attend the UFI MEA Conference?

The event is open to all exhibition industry professionals, UFI members or not. 
Delegates are typically mid- to senior-level representatives from exhibition organising companies, exhibition venues, exhibition suppliers, industry consultants, and exhibition service providers from across Middle-East and Africa and beyond.

Registration Fees

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 3-day onsite attendance at the UFI MEA Conference on 28-30 April 2025 in Cairo, Egypt.

Fee includes:
✔ All Conference Sessions
✔ Welcome Reception on Monday 28 April
✔ Networking Dinner on Tuesday 29 April
✔ Networking breaks and lunches on 28 and 29 April
✔ Post-Conference Tour on Wednesday 30 April
✔ Post-event access to sessions' recordings and presentations

Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation and are VAT excluded.
 

Payment Methods

Use the registration form to pay online with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX card.
If paying through an international bank transfer, instructions will be indicated on your invoice once you’ve registered.

All fees must be paid before the event within 10 business days of submitting the registration form to secure registration.
Only participants who are fully registered with their registration fee paid will be authorised to attend the conference. 

Cancellation and no-show policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to events@ufi.org. 

  • Cancellations made before or on 16 March 2025 will be fully refunded.
  • No refund allowed for registration from 17 March 2025 onwards.
  • No-shows will be charged 100%.
If participants register before the event and have not paid the registration fees at the time of the event, they expressly agree to pay the registration fees in full, even in the case of non-attendance.

Replacements:
  • If, after booking an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If a non-member replaces a member, an additional fee will be charged to reflect the correct non-member rate to attend.
