- I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working within the dynamic nature of global emerging markets over a twenty six year career. I launched VUKA Group in July 2021, completing a management buy-out of the Clarion Events, African business, after leading the team in South Africa for 8 yrs. My role allows me to lead the strategic direction and group commercial teams, to deliver projects and products across multiple delivery channels across continental Africa. VUKA Group seamlessly delivers projects across live and media assets to create influence for clients in the industries in which they operate. VUKA Group has deep and valued customer channels across the Power & Energy, Mining, Retail, Mobility and Green Economy sectors of Africa. Recently partnering with the Founder of The Global Trust Project to support this unique platform to positively impact the lives of 1 billion people on the foundational principles of trust by 2030. A venture partner to the race promoter that recently delivered the global Formula e franchise to the streets of Cape Town, as a business leader I seek new experiences and challenges and I believe this is positively reflected in the spirit of VUKA Group. I am an entrepreneur and coach, with a focus of demanding a quality of communication at every touch point, both internal towards our teams and external towards our audiences, we operate under the principle that success is achieved through good communication strategy and technique. My personal business interests and senior management experience now lead me to a focus on leadership and development within VUKA Group. A proven leadership & performance coach and a certified OpenExo consultant means a VUKA Group remit of business development and leadership coaching though our teams, business structure evolution and identifying new commercial opportunities. I am qualified breathwork coach to support wellbeing and mindfulness for myself and others, enjoying a sunrise yoga session, trail-running and cold-water swimming keeps me connected to myself.
